Personally I don't like it when websites make "top ten lists" but the person writing the list barely understands what the list is about.

See Watchmojo as an example.

Watchmojo is often full of shit. They made a top ten list of the best punk bands in history and didn't include...any of the best punk bands. No Misfits, no Dead Kennedys, no Bad Brains, no Rancid, no Operation Ivy, no Black Flag...and they picked the Sex Pistols, the least punk band ever, as their #1.
