How many people don't own a microwave oven?
I've never owned one, we didn't have one as a kid so why have one as an adult

My family told me to get one, so I bought an air fryer. My family told me to get one, so I bought a sandwhich grill. Microwaves are handy, but they enable you to be your worst self... I've realized that you never truly need a microwave, it just makes reheating stuff a one step recipe.

@SW-User Like an algorithm. It's a general recipe that applies to everything, with just one step in it. You put food in and click a button lol. You worst self because it teaches you a lazy mindset in the way where you don't put the same effort into your food, and many times end up buying finished microwave meals.

@SW-User Yeah, I would have one if it fit into my life, but as you can see it's not on the top of my list of priorities. I'm really enjoying my new sandwhich grill haha. I'm roasting bread with it, crisping up hotdog buns, grilling garlic bread, grilling hotdogs, bacon, and chicken wings. I wanna try waffles and steak in it someday. There's so much you can do with a sandwhich grill that it's not meant to do. 🤤

@HumanEarth Hey what ever works for you my friend. I mean I've always had a microwave just for reheating stuff and my air fryer comes in for certain stuff but I know stuff usually tastes a lot better when you just cook it the good old fashioned way.
