Do you use kitchen spray/disinfectant to clean your counters/kitchen table?

Or just some soap on a sponge?

I do some days spray, some just dish soap.

About once a week I do the grease cutter and disinfectant spray - the rest of the time just a sponge or rag and dish soap.
