Your favorite toys as a kid?

Mine were Tinker Toys, Lincoln Logs and my roller skates.

LEGO bricks, blocks, pieces when I was a very young child. Later, a metal construction set. Still later, electronic components such as transistors. I made my own AM radio when I was 14 or so.

@helenS I'm an anomaly, I was terrible at basic math yet totally fascinated by numbers.

@Grateful4you I was amazed by the fact that the physical world around us can be described mathematically. For a while I thought [u]everything[/u] is mathematical. Later in my life I learned the hard way that's not the case. You cannot calculate love.
