Do businesses still use fax machines to transmit/transfer documents in real time?
Not seen a fax machine being users for quite some years.

My 15 yr old forgot the password on the driving school website and there was no 'forgot password' link so I told her to call the company.
She looked up their contact info on the website and seriously asked me "Do I call the phone or fax number?"
I laughed and responded half joking "Uh do you even know what a fax is?" She didn’t. 🤦♀😅🤣 explaining fax machines was a fun conversation.

@Starcrossed I suppose in 50 to 100 yrs email will have become outdated and we'll communicate in some other way. And the idea of physically mailing any kind of written communication except something that's super-serious or important will have vanished. I'll be dead by then most likely.

Walk into any Kroger and they have a copy machine/fax machine at the Customer Service desk.
