Its been a good minute or two....

I hope my heart has transcended time and miles to find you all safe...and well.

We laid my father to rest in August and time itself was what I needed most.

Life is not the opposite of death for life is eternal. The opposite of death is birth. Time for new life to find growth in its place.

I'm well and at peace.
