Who would have a tougher time adjusting?

People from centuries ago finding themselves suddenly plopped into a 21st century civilization OR people from nowadays faring in a not-so-modern setting?

Agreed. Farm life must've been unbelievably tough for mom, dad and their numerous, surviving children.
