It's insane how far videogame graphics in my life time have advanced..

Back then, you'd think this was real life. (I do think more retro graphics have a nice charm, so I prefer them.)

When I started gaming it was pre 8-bit graphics and we'd have been blown away even by the top image 😆

I do feel games back then had a lot more re-playability. What they lacked in visuals they made up for in obsessive addiction.

@Whodunnit I feel like most modern videogames are constantly trying to sell me something extra. And it interferes with the fun

I mostly stick to the games I've been playing for years apon years. They won't disappoint me.
