Do you get SW coins over time, even if you don't come on for a long time?

We don't "watch" nor we manually give coins/bonus.

It's all an automated complex algorithm based on many factors, but we can't disclose much.

But in simple words, if a user is causing trouble or conflicts on SW, they will have a penalty on the coins earning speed.

@Nuno so you don’t actually earn coins for avoiding conflict, more that if you engage in conflict then the standard coin earnings are impeded
