What was the year 1999 like? For those of you who were alive at that time.

I wasn’t even alive at the time. I was born in late 2002. I wish life now was like life back in the day. 1999 looked like a good year for music and life and that was before the 9/11/2001 crap happened. I feel like I was born in the wrong era. I hate being a Gen Z and millennials make us feel or look bad about our generation and they aren’t better themselves. I’m fed up with millennials saying how amazing their childhood was.

It was a much different place. Before September 11th 2001 we used to smile more, trust our government more, help each other out, when a family member was going on a flight you could walk them all the way to the terminal where they got on the plane. People genuinely cared about their neighbors
