Yes as long as its used with good intentions , and policed well , if you have nothing to hide then I see no problem , obviously most would object on human rights grounds , but it would be helpful regards to medical assistance and history , and on a level stop identification fraud , but at this point in time ; I believe it’s not a good time to implement this , to much computer and ID with personal data
