What we need is worldwide common-sense solutions to address environmental destruction that we all are responsible for.

Sadly, one side of the issue wants to pretend there is no problem and the other side wants to insist extremist measures that infringe on living comfortably. Moderation is the key to energize all segments of the population instead of fringe extremism that simply turns on only one segment while turning off the "other" segments.

Here is one example of the type of extremism I mean:

A group of nine scientists have glued themselves to the floor of Volkswagen’s Autostadt facility in Germany to protest climate change.

There are plenty examples of deniers of climate change as well.
