Customer service should be as automated as possible.. kind of like how Amazon has their section of “frequently asked questions” and you just write out anything someone might be curious about the product..
But shopping has always been one part window shopping and one part actual buyers.. window shoppers are gabby and like to talk so they’ll definitely tell others about their experience with the place and spread it around in a way.. so both are kind of necessary at times..
