Sometimes i mention it. It depends the nature of things. On my relationship with the person. Some things I know that things are what they are
So now when things bother me i write things down on a piece of paper. I might rant and rage. But then I burn it.
But for others. I say ..hey you! You've done pissed me off! I ain't happy

That depends on how important it is to me that they know.
Either i avoid them or i tell them off.. or both
Getting out of their sight is the easiest.
