Do you ever feel that life has made you go soft?

I don't get why I just want to break down and cry. Like nothing bad happened to trigger all these stupid feelings. I'm not usually like that.
I admit I cried a bit last night but normally the next day I just get in this calm mood but for some reason, I just want to keep crying 🤔
