I Hate Prank Phone Calls

Unfortunately some times work places and things ring on unknown so I have to answer it but having strange calls i can hear breathing but no one says anything some from mobiles some from unknown.

get a air horn and when they call give them a blast they wont call again

I only have my cell. If I dont know the number I dont answer
