Sleep issues?

This is me. I'll get up and just work for awhile in the middle of the night sometimes....and then I'll be told to go back to sleep for an hour before waking up for the day.

I wish I could sleep while getting work done though. That would be amazing.

All my life. As a child my bedroom window overlooked a main road from high on a hill. I would watch the cars go by and count Volkswagen beetles. Occasionally the hours would pass…it would be light again. Time for school. 🥱

yeah...ambien, caniboids, meditation, melatonin, and I still can't sleep....

I feel attacked. My high school bf caught me baking in my sleep once.
