@Peaches Much love to you my dear Sister in Christ and forever faithful friend .I pray that your Holidays are safe and healthy ,happy and blessed ,surrounded by all the people you love and who loves you .
And your New Year is the best one ever .
You have never been anything but a supportive and kind friend I do cherish .

Tonight I spent time with my kids and ex wife ,her Mom ,family friends and all my Grandkids as we celebrated the December Birthdays ,
My Granddaughters who turned 16 on the 3rd ,My Ex Wife who turned 61 on the 16th ,and my middle Daughters who will turn 39 on the 25th
We ate ,we sang praises to Christ ,and the ones who had birthdays received gifts .
The 25th they will all be at the mission helping prepare food to feed over 1000 homeless ,then they will take food to the shut in's unable to come to the mission (the ones in need of services ,just someone to drop in and check on them or wishing to have someone come visit them for Bible studies ,they will be added to the list of people who need help the rest of the year ,not just Christmas )

Then we all meet at my Daughters and eat a feast ,and sing and spend time just being with people we love and no stress over gifts and things that would take away from a day we all enjoy now ,
No one of going in debt or buying cheap gifts no one really wants or needs because there would be so many to buy for it would be unrealistic to be able to buy that many gifts and everyone get something worth having .
So each month we celebrate the birthdays for that month and its easier to get nice gifts for just a few ,and that is the day they should get gifts ,,not on someone else's birthday ,
New Years we do the family thing again ,bring in the New Year ,sober and safe and with all the people we love ,,So a lot of family time and a lot of pounds to work off for the New Years ,,Way to much good food .
And we sing sing sing ,young and old ,it is a very good time ,roasting marshmallow's ,all around a fire ,singing ,talking about what were grateful for and just spending quality time with people we love ,
No phones ,,no TV ,no other distractions ,just a good day and evening with Family and friends who join in .

My freezer is already so full I can hardly get the door to shut so I am glad all the turkeys get's eaten and most of the food at the meals ,I have no where to put left overs ,,So since its the end of the month ,that alone is such a blessing .
My son is home to 2 weeks so there is lots of food to keep him fed well ,So I feel way more blessed then I deserve ,but i'm not complaining .

Its amazing how Christ has changed our lives .and as a family we are all on the same page ,(except my Ex wife and her Mom we all believe the exact same things and we try to live the things we preach )

23 years ago my ex wife and her Mom hated me and kept my kids hid from me for 12 years (12 years of not seeing my kids left a huge hole in my heart )
And now we are all close ,and my ex and I have awesome Grandkids we share .
We are a very close family (I hate my ex and I are no longer together ,but at least we love and respect each other again ,and my Ex Mother in law loves me again too ,She used to say she had no confidence in me ,now she calls me an anointed man of God )Huge change from 23 yrs ago when they were calling me satan ,LOL(I did take my kids from my ex ,I am sure I did seem like satan to all of them back then ,but they had kept my kids from me for 12 years )

Anyone trying to tell us God is not real ,and all the doctrines of their church ,their words fall on deaf ears ,We have a relationship with the one they come to church to find ,We carry Him in out hearts ,,and we love to share Him and tell other how they can know Him personally too ,not how others say ,
How He says ,His way is straight and narrow ,and there really is only one way .
Most who know us ,agree we found the right road .

Only God could have restored my family again ,,and I am very grateful ,
So thats why I can't stop praising His name ,trying to tell others its not about Church ,its about loving and serving Christ ,He really is a rewarder of those who seek to know Him and strive to do His will ,my family is proof in of itself .God is most defiantly real ,He has restored my family ,repaired my broken heart healed me of my addictions Healed my crippled Daughter ,Just gave me a 2nd Grandson trough a Daughter Doctors said would NEVER have a child .restored my mind I tried hard to destroy ,and I now have peace of mind .who could ask for more ?the desires of my heart .just as He promised
I don't have a bit of problem being mocked for His name sake .
I feel sorry for the mockers ,if they only knew what God wanted to do for them .
