A lady I know she says guys with more fat in their bodies are likely to be very small down there. How far true is this?

No offense to guys with that body type I'm just curious that's all ☺.

I'm going to guess that it's more of an optical illusion, where the more fat they have, the smaller it looks, even if it's the same size. Where if you get a super skinny person, with the same exact size, it looks bigger as there is less both ratio.

That being said, I don't know much about other people's penises.
