Diet is probably more than 80% of it

Yes you have work out too, but that's a minority of it, it's just the extra topping

But intermittent fasting and keto work great, though keto is extremely hard for most, so I would suggest the fasting, and have moderate to light workouts while fasting, do not do intensive workouts while fasting as that can potentially put yourself in a world of hurt if you push yourself too much
