@NativePortlander1970 I do. It only acts up with greasy food.

@Sojournersoul Stop taking those acid reducers, they're messing with your liver in a very bad way, you need that bile produced, your liver not making it is causing that pain. Instead make liquid bicarb, in a half liter water bottle mix in 2.5 teaspoons of baking soda, it will cool down heartburn faster than fast, and keep a bottle at your bedside, it will soothe acid reflux just as fast.
