We project ourselves onto others and others reflect that back to us. It's indicated through posture, the way we carry ourselves, the tone and intonation of our voice, the expression on our face the way we walk and interpret what others do.
I notice for instance that if I keep my shoulders back I feel more confident as a result, it's all linked like a network in our bodies to our mind. If you notice in your posture when you've lifted weights you usually have a natural better posture and you feel good as a result and feel/are more confident :)
People say treat other's how you'd like to be treated, but the secret is treating yourself how you want to be treated and then other's will follow suit.
