Met a young sales person who is explaining a product with "Contract" in the name, that they are marketing towards the general public.
Suggested there is a general public aversion to contracts / lock in terms/ legal obligations and their response is "That's just what the product is called, it's not the same concept as a contract that you're thinking of"
Dude, why even argue, just say "Oh that's interesting feedback" and do jackshit with it if that's what you choose. You can't expect good results if you're busy arguing with your customer base about how they're not educated in your product
