What is a good answer to people constantly saying (fake caring) aww how are you doing?
While trying their best to look sympathetic that I'm dying. 🤷♀️ it's almost become comical in a sense

@Vanishing Yea, guess you could do some spins on that, like "Still kickin", or "Not ready to lay down yet" or some such things.
