I find the radio speaks to me when I'm feeling lost. It sounds crazy, it feels crazy, but somehow it does. I can't tell you how many times in the last month I've turned on the radio, for it to be starting a song that I needed to hear.

@Monalisaa1986 I'm not going to doctors for much beyond antibiotics, they all just want to push pills these days. Though, if you have been diagnosed, the medication is probably important. Be safe.
