I Think Laughter Is the Best Medicine

First I had the chicken pox and had to spend 5 days in isolation. Then I moved back to my normal room and had a big argument with my room mate Katya about Vladimir Putin and Russians living in London . . don't ask 🙄 Then it was her turn to get ill and she was in isolation until yesterday afternoon. Although I was desperate to see her again, we were still officially not talking to each other 😟 So we sat in our halves of the room trying to avoid eye contact. Then I got the giggles 😄 And although I definitely did not give her the chicken pox, my laughter proved infectious and soon we were lying on her bed with the tears streaming down our faces 😂

Good to hear that your fit of the giggles improved relations. Pity it doesn't work in the world of politics.

@liondog It is a pity. I am hoping to be a diplomat when I grow up and that is a bit more creative than politics, so I hope I can at least use smiling to build relationships 🙂

I'm glad that she's better and back in with you and I hope neither of you have to be isolated again :)
