so, does anyone else laugh hysterically at the drug commercials that go on and on about the side effects that their drug may have on you?

Yes and I just shake my head. Many of the side affects are worse than the ailment. 🤦🏼‍♀
I'm glad I don't ingest any.

Side effects seem like your body saying it has been poisoned.

@LILY61 Have you tried deep breathing exercises or beet juice, apricots and exercise?
Mine always runs a bit high, but these things and more can help.
