Here's the video for your image. Apparently it's just a new charger issue. The older ones apparently work fine.

Interesting to note, that at least one charger (old style chargers) operated "acceptably". Not great, yet at least one at each station. And the temperature at the last was at minus 11°f. That's in Denver Colorado.
Distance from Loveland Colorado to Denver is only 52 miles. So that's more than an hour at slow speeds. Your not going to go very fast in those types of conditions EV or not.

If you are for the oil industry then they own you. I don't have an oil fetish, nor an EV fetish. Just stating things as they are.
It's not good nor bad. The EV market is evolving though. Just like the gas engine did 120 years ago.
BTW even gas engine was fought hard back then. If everyone was like you we would still be driving horse drawn carriages and wagons and using the pony express to deliver mail.
