Take a hand towel and spray water on it and freeze it. Used it to wipe down my body when I couldn’t sleep because it was so hot.
Drink Hibiscus tea (also called Jamaica tea). It will help you feel a lot cooler, it is a diuretic is why, and it really tastes good.
Put chunks of watermelon in a blender with ice and make a slushie. It is also a diuretic and very cooling.

@cherokeepatti Dried hibiscus and watermelon jelly are good snacks. Fair warning, they are rather bitter.
