Unanswerable question unless you recognise the trade-mark, or it's a local land-mark to you - or your place of work!
It's identifiable from those photographs only by the trade-mark on the building. It seems to use or make chemical products but that alone does not tell us anything. There are no other visual clues although the name seems in an Asian language.
