Why did they forget to oil the tank wheels at the parade?

Tank wheels squeak. Its just their nature. The fact that it was heard....during what should be a very noisy parade of music, cheers, etc... is what's really the epic fail....none of that was present. Very sad the Armys big anniversary was over shadowed by the orange twit's ego issue.
