@CountScrofula lmaooooo literally me today. My therapist is trying some new techniques called brainspotting and I can't decide if it's pseudoscience woowoo nonsense I'm placebo tricking myself into believing it's working, or if it's really working... lol but I had to there and reprocess some feelings I had about things staring off into space in weird directions and...lol well
