Create a computer system that assigns everyone a random character they have to spend one day a month dressed as.
Granted walking down the road dressed up as a penguin or doing the shopping looking like Tinkerbell from Peter Pan might create a few odd looks.
But I wonder if people might enter into the spirit of it and enjoy creating a few smiles at work or on the shopfloor.
