Create a computer system that assigns everyone a random character they have to spend one day a month dressed as.
Granted walking down the road dressed up as a penguin or doing the shopping looking like Tinkerbell from Peter Pan might create a few odd looks.
But I wonder if people might enter into the spirit of it and enjoy creating a few smiles at work or on the shopfloor.

@calicuz A constant gripe folk have is all the things they [i]have[/i] to do that annoys or exasperates but never [i]benefits[/i] them.
But if [i]everyone[/i] could physically [i]see[/i] a public manifestation of exactly that, maybe we'd [i]all[/i] have a greater appreciation of each other
