Hardly any. My provider blocks most of them or gives a warning. I really don't answer most unknown calls anyway.
If they are not in my contacts, I just don't answer them. Despite any lack of warnings. I have less than a hundred contacts including businesses.

@DeWayfarer They are spoofing local telephone numbers. I don’t know if it is someone I am doing business with or whatever so I answer.

@cherokeepatti think my provider covers that with the warning. They suspect it's a spoof. Yet can't prove it.
