Weather here has been fairly mild if you consider mid-30's F mild. I work from home so don't have to worry about going into the office. My previous employer was always "use your own judgement" for weather.
@LilPrincess That's not unusual where I live. I always tell people weather is not small talk, because one day it's fine, the next it's trying to kill us with tornadoes or ice storms...
@LilPrincess We haven't been getting a lot of snow, and the lakes aren't icing (yet). Will be curious to see if we get more severe thunderstorms over the summer, haven't had anything too severe the past few years as I can recall.
