Having crazy weather or same as always?

Out of curiosity does your employer require you to come in when weather is bad?

@PTCdresser57 last year out of 300 people only 65 showed up for work. My 40 minute drive took me 2 and a half hours to get home

Wow LilPrincess! Only once did I have a drive home that was bad. It was a 33 minute drive home that turned into a 1.5 hour drive.

@PTCdresser57 my car hates the snow and ice. My kids wanted me to stay in town and not risk it but at 5 to 10 mph i finally did make it.

Snow is easier to deal with than ice LilPrincess...but I always felt that if I could make it driving slow then all was ok. Only missed a total of 15 days in 43 years....5 for a surgery and 10 in the first 2 years when I was 18 and 19.

@PTCdresser57 not many can say that. In the last 29 years i missed 2 days when my parents passed away, 1 when my brother passed away and 4 days that i took vacation for when in the hospital.
