My male friends and even coworkers are the ones that notice my "gains" and gas me up😂 women don't seem to.

Right! I've said this so many times!
The people who are most impressed with my gains or the weight I'm moving are always fellow dudes. As a matter of fact this very morning an old man walked up to me and asked if I was training to compete and said I looked great.
I dont lift for the women i lift because I love it but it would be nice if the ladies appreciated it as much as men seem to. Oh well 🤷🏽♂️ 💪🏽💪🏽
