I talk freely about it. You only know about it because I talk about it.

If it was something that I was particularly ashamed of or sensitive about, I wouldn't be making public posts about it 😂

And I'd rather be a drug abuser than have a shit personality and the intellectual capacity of a tennis ball ☠️

Because they have poor self-esteem & want to belittle others to forget their own shitty existence.
No big deal, ignore, don't carry these incidents or attitudes, those are not useful nor necessary, and just go forth on your own recovery journey whistling a Merry tune.
That's the best way to hit them.
