@romell You can take actions if it violates fair use like using a significant portion of your work to gain some kind of commercial advantage or if the use of your work hurts the gains of your own work. Quoting titles and author names is completely legal and never considered copyright infringement, it's just fact stating.
Another issue is whether you copyrighted your work or not. If you put it unopyrighted on the site it's actually SW who is the copyright owner. But then again, they are also the copyright owner of my post by the same logic, so it's like SW would be trying to prove it's stealing from itself.
You also have the "implicit licence" which means that when you post you know everyone will see and use at their discretion the TITLE and EXCERPT of your post, it's not private by any means, so it's up for fair use.
The most you could do is acuse someone of harassment with the admins if they keep copying your post content in their full form, or the content that is deemed most important and unique, with the claim that it is done to hurt your own user image.
