My son has a crush on a girl who works at my mums kids nursery he wants to ask her out without it seeming creepy or random that it puts her in a awkward spot how can he find out if she would be interested in him

Perhaps help out in some way around the nursery and become friends first and by all means, be himself and act naturally. IMO, a better approach.😊
