Do people lose credibility when they're nice to everyone?

There are a lot of people on edge. In my interactions with others, my experience is that I see a lot of violent verbal banter from the Left (Democrats) and a lot of passion from the right (Republicans) I am not a Registered Voter to either Party , so it's kind of interesting to see the polarity.

There is more bemusement and bewilderment than hate in my land concerning just about everything about the way your country is so absorbed by elections. You'll be all revved up for the 2028 presidential elections as soon as this one is decided - if ever.
