I found an old friend of mine on Facebook. She actually friended me. Over the past few years she never really finds time to talk on the phone or meet up with me when she’s in town. She never comments on anything I send her on messenger or likes any of my posts. It was so disappointing.
I finally sent her a message explaining all this and that I’d hoped that we could be closer friends over the past several years.
She sent me some angry messages back and then blocked me on everything imaginable. I don’t really care I just wonder what it was all about. Why friend me? Why not have anything to do with me? Why be so angry when I finally say I’m not ok about it.

@Muthafukajones Sorry you had to go through all that. Really awful behaviour on her part. Things aren't Always so obvious unfortunately. Happened to me with two of my oldest "friends" yesterday. Jeez

@Rilyn I’m really lost as to why it happened. Unfortunately it’s not the first time this has happened to me.
I’m super busy in my life. I have a career. I travel. I have friends. Interests but there are some people in my orbit that just don’t want me. I wish they did. I’m very aware not to be needy or complain but when they give nothing back in friendship it’s so disappointing and I don’t understand it. My gf is going Through a similar thing with a few of her closest gfs. I tell her I’m here for her and that it happens to me. I don’t think we are boring or bad people so I don’t know why it is happening to either of us.
