does anybody know how to manifest? i’m living a stagnant life, me and my bestfriend and i want to change that for this summer, there’s nothing we can physically do but i want to manifest that we will have the best summer ever so can anyone let me know how to manifest that?

I don't have a clear idea of how it works but from what I gathered, you must know what you want first and devote some time every day to imagining how it's happening, how you want it to go etc. It should prepare your mind to take steps to actually achieve it when the opportunity arises.
