ok so ever since second grade i liked this boy and now in the present ( i cant say on what grade i am ) i went back to my old school after the pandemic and there where obvi some new students that went their through the pandemic and this one girl where gonna name jane like this guy I kinda losed interest in which where gonna name Kiel liked her through the pandemic but once he confessed to her on sept I think or oct kiel confessed to jane that he likes her but jane is bi so she like my other friend who where going to name sophia who sophia likes kiel but before kiel told jane he likes her sophia on the other hand told kiel that she likes him but sadly she got rejected but few months later sophia liked someone else and had a mutual understanding with our other friend. So now Sophia made Jane to crush back kiel cause Sophia didn't want kiel to be sad thats the part where me and kiel had this spark this understanding that was the day that i started liking him but a mont later Jane broke up with Kiel due to she wanted to focus more on her acads so that gave me some kind of hope, cause after that me and Kiel where more close and talking understanding each other the signals he gave me, even Jane supported me for liking him because of the signs!! But today Jane and Sophia told me that Kiel followed Jane while walking down the hallway at school and talked to her he said " I still like you but can we still be friends for now?" Jane agreed cause jane still likes him and they FUCKING HUGGED , my heart dropped when they told me this.. I dont think I will ever find someone that will except me for who I am and not treat me like shit

This is complicated but it appears to me that you have misunderstood signals. Heaven knows that's easy to do.

Maybe you and Kiel aren't meant to be together. But he DID say to Jane, "I still like you BUT..."

Which means to me that he is either not ready to pick somebody special or he thinks that somebody special won't be Jane.

It might not be you, either.

If you concentrate on being you and don't need a boy to make you real, you'll find that more boys will like you because you're easier to be around...not so much pressure on them.
