I Want Someone I Can Tell Anything To

I thought I finally found someone like this. We really hit it off online and then we met a year later and had a great week together, or so I thought. I really tried my best to let my guard down and to let this person see me, the WHOLE me, just as I am without any secrets. He is now the only person in the world who knows everything about me and now after all that I feel foolish for telling my life story to a complete stranger. Oh well, that's what you get when you let your heart win. =-(

@LyricalOne I know. I am proud of myself for taking the risk. It was just a bigger let down for me than I care to admit because I had just been through 6 of my friends' weddings in the past 2 years and I thought maybe it was finally my turn, but nope. I won't stop taking the risks though, no worries.

@RoxClymer Well, he was a complete stranger considering that we met online. You are correct though. We had talked for a long time before we met in person and we didn't feel like strangers when we met up. In the grand scheme of things though, he was a stranger from out of nowhere.
