I just cant seem to connect with people.

I tried to talk to one of my coworkers. I feel like im just not experanced in talking to people and i make myself look stupid. Im not dumb at all. I just feel like i regeret trying to put myself out therr when trying to connect with people. I suck..

When you find yourself feeling like that, first know that you are not dumb! If your like me your quiet and shy and people like that make me go into my shell even more. I look online or in the library for self help stuff. Or at the bookstore. I often find stuff to help me too! I feel certain that you will find some helpful things!😊
