I don't think I can make friends anymore [I Am Very Selective When It Comes to Letting People Get Close]

too much bs has happened in the past. All the friends I once had are all fake and phony. Or they went 180, became a completely different person, a toxic kind. I can no longer relate with my old friends, they want to be stuck on the same stuff, not wanting to move up, and then get jealous when I've made it. Don't need friends like that...
I'm pretty much a lone wolf so it doesn't bother me much... but I don't like seeing the decline of face to face interactions without phones distracting... and the increase in narcissism and short attention spans makes communicating with people very annoying and pointless.
