I Am Very Selective When It Comes to Letting People Get Close

After some hard times I developed intimacy and trust issues. Sometimes I try to joke around and be funny at first to prevent any vulnerability, but I feel like being "Ms. Charm" is like a thing I need to do.

I spend more time alone now so I know more about what I like and what I like to do when I'm by myself and just generally who I am. So if I let someone close I better be able to trust them 100% because it only takes one bump to make this whole "project" fall to pieces again.
