Clicking the HOME selection lets you see 10 user profile pics, right?

Why is it I - and perhaps you, too - see more female pics at night and more male pics during the day (each and every day)?

I tend to see the pictures of people I interact mostly, but sometimes there are others who I haven't contacted for a while.
