It's downpouring now. But the lightning and thunder is getting intense.

I was at a restaurant last evening yet delayed leaving since every time I glanced out the front door (all glass), a lightning bolt connected between ground and sky. It was only drizzling, and I had an umbrella, but the lightning scared me. I saw three bolts over the span of 5 minutes.

I left 10 minutes later. As I walked to my car I saw another bolt.
